Realization with my PM and Asian/filipino Culture

Typed this 2 weeks ago, but posting just now because i didnt have inet for my iphone.From months now, i've been thinking why my project manager and other Espanol was having problems with my colleagues. One thing for sure is they have this 'superiority complex'. Im thinking if its like the Ateneans wherein they are 'trained' or 'brainwashed' to feel that they are the best. Probably yes. Maybe the culture in their country is teaching them to be superior. I've built good relations with my project manager, don't get me wrong but the way they are and how they look at others who are not performingas they are expected, thats so annoying. Prbably bbecause i am a filipino and i am low self esteem before and a little slow learner, i can relate to these guys. i will make them job guides. I dont care what my PM says because all he thinks about is staying if not sucking up w the bosses.i know they are the key people to go up.but my values say i relate to the people and they will appreciate your help.
